As per the above Logic, the requests go to Nestor if the request ID is Odd and to Issaiah if the request ID is Even. This will not work after the 1st request is assigned to Nestor, the next request is not for Network, and the next one is for Network, based on your Logic, it will be again assigned to Nestor - can somebody provide clarity on this?
