Test of a rewrite of hair/particle edit mode.
The code is using a bmesh backend and is independent from particles. Editing meshes like this is just a proof-of-concept. The viewport drawing is slightly buggy (the new edit bmesh must be wrapped in a DerivedMesh implementation).
