No instructions online or included with poles that I could find. All the other videos I saw just talked about how wonderful they are, not how to set them up. Thank you. You saved me from making a trip to my local REI just to find out how to use the @#^^@$ things.

Pfewww... thanks for this instruction video. Lifesaver !!! Just bought a set of foldable ones, so i can get them into my luggage flying out for work. Absolutely need them, not for trekking just mobility issues. But OMG, how the ... do they expect you to figure this out from those miniature pictorials in the leaflet ?!? Thank you for your advice, BUT, have since returned them and replace them with the ACTIVATOR 2 waling poles since I use them more for walking inside/outside, whereas the LEKI poles are more for trekking.

One of my Leki FX Carbon poles has an internal locking mechanism and will not click to lock/unlock. Can't seem to find any way to fix it.
