Check out our range of Black Diamond Z & FLZ Trekking Poles here:

The Black Diamond Distance FLZ Trekking Poles are fast to deploy, lightweight in your hand, and pack away small and light enough to fit inside your daypack - perfect for any adventure.

These compact poles are constructed from aluminium and have three sections. Inside is a Kevlar cord connecting all segments, while extending the poles takes a simple release-and-pull action until the Slidelock clicks into place - keeping the bottom section of the pole securely locked into place. This model is 30% stiffer than previous designs to offer more support for your joints. Folding the poles is easy - simply release the Slidelock, and the tension on the kevlar cord is relieved to allow easy folding for transport.

Thought my poles had broken. I had saved the directions that came with them 5 years ago, but they just weren’t as clear as your video directions. Thank you so much!

THANK YOU! I really thought I'd got a bummer here. Bought a beautiful ' new' used pair and just imagined they were useless. Couldn't understand a thing in the instructions. Thanks again Snowys ❤️

You forgot to talk about the tips. There are 2 on mine- big and small. Can you elaborate, please, on how to attach and which ones to use or not use, and why? 🙏

No matter what i do one of my poles won't click and lock 😕 ive had them for a few years, ive only used them 5 times 😢 i tried tightening / loosening the grey screw inside but no matter what i do they wont lock. Im sad cos i bought these as an investment in my hiking journeys and they weren't cheap
