i literally just had 5 sets of 10 at 120kg not even 2 hours ago in my hypertrophy block. you are very very correct sir, its not at all easy. been doing 5 sets of 8-12 for 2 mesos now and every day is hellish but also wonderful in a way lol

-not looking for a step by step breakdown, but if/when youve got the time, could you perhaps point us noobs towards a few educational resources that are relevant for tracking, categorization and analysis of lifting relating stuff?

The lower volume for the deadlifts seem to really help your other lifts. I found that deadlifts were costing too much energy and prevented the other lifts from progressing. My deadlift is progressing now with only 5 sets a week
