windows 11 seems to drop frames lower then windows 10 every once in a while windows 10 can sometimes be lower its very mixed with performance
this might change in the future though since it is still in beta

The 1% Low is honestly awful for W11, not much difference anywhere else.
Let's just wait for an official release.
