The US military is in talks to develop a civilian port in the northernmost part of the island of the Philippines. The proposed port is on the Philippines Batanes Island which is less than 200 kilometers away from Taiwan.

I suggest to revive, upgrade, rebuild CORREGIDOR ISLAND 🏝 as one of the EDCA sites.

US, please install in said Port smr (small modular reactor) so that it will have independent power plant not dependent on mainland Batanes Province in terms of electricity. If successful, adopt the same power source to all towns in the Philippines.
