The U.S. Says The British Military Isn't Elite

The US has told the UK that they are no longer considered an elite fighting force. Saying that the army isn’t tier-one, it’s barely tier-two. It’s believed that the UK’s war-fighting capability has declined to such a level that the UK can no longer defend itself or its allies. The US added that it would take 5 to 10 years for the UK to build up a single division, and that the UK would turn up under strength in a conflict as well as being unable to defend its airspace.

The UK is using a private company to do recruiting for their military forces., and perspective candidates give up in frustration because they can't complete the process you need to complete before you start training . because the company has made it so difficult, that people actually end up losing interest

Being prior service, the only country I felt had a strong set of service members was Germany. The coalition training we did with everyone else made me realize the United States IS NATO
