Great Vid, thank you, I would like to ask, what do you offer in return for a signed referral? a 100 dollar gift card to a sports store? For a new 6 month contract for 3k or even a 6 week at 600 dollars( Semi private pt) transformation challenge. A water bottle or T shirt seems a bit lame.

U lost me at 2500 dollars for 200 leads. Say 25 of them, join and pay 30 a month to be there. That's 750, and the promo would be no joining member fee. That means the 25 leads would take around 4 months to make that back. By then, 10 to 25 other members would leave. So essentially you have lost money because time is money...
