When touring bands come through town and stay at my place in Kentucky, they love my Tatertot Casserole. It's great to sop up some heavy boozing. Simple, 4 ingredients. Brown some ground beef, season to taste, add cream of mushroom, pour into glass casserole dish, top with tots and cheese, and bake it! You can customize it to any level of awesomeness you choose. I like it with a little creole and ketchup.

Favourite munchies food is easily Kangaroo fillet marinated in Port, then rolled in ground Szechuan pepper. Cook it hot and fast, just till rare, saute off some onions and deglaze with a bit more port. Have it on a roll, a sub, on potato bake or roast sweet potato, whatever Ive got at the time. Cant go wrong.

Nachos are often what I get when I get the munchies! But could you make like an Ultimate Nacho Sandwich? With guac, creme fraiche, cheese, smoked chicken, just the whole nine yards!! And of course, just throw some of that Dj BBQ magic in there, while youre at it! It would make my day :-)
