Vince McMahon's Demise as MORE PHOTOS and DETAILS LEAK!

Former WWE executive and personality Vince McMahon, 78, is under an FBI investigation as he grapples with trafficking allegations by an ex-employee, sources familiar with the matter.

The investigation stems from sexual misconduct accusations against McMahon by a number of women. "Sometime in the summer," McMahon received a grand jury subpoena, the sources said.

The US Attorney's office for the Southern District of New York is leading the investigation, the existence of which was first reported by The Wall Street Journal. A spokesman for the prosecutor's office declined to comment.WE’s parent company knew Vince McMahon — the founder of the wrestling behemoth — was a potential liability. It said so itself in government filings.

McMahon, who resigned Friday from his role as executive chairman of WWE parent company TKO following accusations of sexual assault and trafficking, posed such a risk to his company that it recently called McMahon a major risk factor, listing the company leader alongside the possibility of another pandemic and class-action lawsuits. That raises serious questions about why McMahon was allowed to return to the company early last year.

Companies are required by the US Securities and Exchange Commission to detail to shareholders the risks that pose existential threats to their stakes in the company. These risks commonly include legal actions, shifting consumer demand and other run-of-the-mill corporate concerns.

In TKO’s most recent quarterly regulatory filing with the SEC, filed in September, the company noted that McMahon’s position on the board “could have adverse financial and operational impacts on our business.”

“Mr. McMahon’s membership on our board could expose us to negative publicity and/or have other adverse financial and operational impacts on our business,” the company noted in the filing. “His membership also may result in additional scrutiny.”

Although companies frequently detail potential liabilities to business, it’s extraordinary to include the very presence of the company’s leader as a risk.

That risk was realized Thursday when a former WWE employee accused McMahon of sexual assault and trafficking in a disturbing and graphic lawsuit. Janel Grant, who worked at the headquarters of the wrestling behemoth McMahon founded, alleged that McMahon promised a job — and later promotions — at WWE in exchange for sex. Grant’s lawsuit also includes allegations that McMahon trafficked her to other men inside and outside of the company.

McMahon has denied the allegations, and said he is prepared to defend himself in court. But, in a statement Friday, McMahon said that he resigned “out of respect for the WWE Universe.”

TKO did not respond to CNN’s questions about why it allowed McMahon to return to the company.

1. Nothing has been proven.

2. All we have are allegations at this point.

3. Girls can be nasty too and agree to do nasty stuff.

4. If allegations are true, she went along with with everything until she didn’t get paid.

5. If allegations are true, and if Vince would’ve paid her, you never would’ve known she existed. That was quid pro quo.

6. It’s disgusting to cancel someone after mere allegations while he’s adamantly denying them.

Meh- this chick was completely with it until he didnt pay her. Should he pay her? SURE. If that was the agreement. He's a dummy for NOT paying her given that she was only going to do what she did.

I like how nobody talks about or mentions that once Linda McMahon found out and the shit hit the fan, and AFTER signing the NDA, they decided to call it quits. And then Vince called her out of the blue, and they BOTH agreed to continue to meet. That's right in the report her lawyers made. But no one is pointing that out. Because everyone is scared to sound like a victim blamer. But she's not a victim. She wasn't a victim through the thousands of dollars that he showered her with. She wasn't a victim when he bought her tickets to the Belmont Stakes and all that other shit rich people like to do. And she wasn't a victim when he bought her a BMW.

Vince is a terrible person. No one is arguing that. No one is blaming Grant. And no one is defending Vince. This is a case of two screwed up people taking advantage of EACH OTHER. 🤷🏽‍♂️

McMahon is a piece of garbage. No argument there. But, she clearly didn’t blow up his spot until he didn’t pay her. He didn’t drag her up to these places and force her to do that nasty crap. 2 things can be true at the same time: Vince is garbage, and she was fine with it until the money stopped coming in. He should just pay her what he owes her (since I’m sure it doesn’t even come close to denting his bank account), and shut up. No one is defending Vince here, but it’s a bit hard to call it “r*pe” when she was antagonizing it all herself. Why did she edit her responses out of a ton of those texts if she’s got nothing to hide? I’m not against billionaires or people in power being outed for the depraved nonsense they get up to, but I also don’t see her as a cut and dry victim.

Also, you said a couple of things wrong in this video. Vince lived in a duplex penthouse that occupied the top two floors of the Trump Parc Stamford building…it wasn’t a “condo”. And, this pic wasn’t taken IN the penthouse…it was taken in the lobby room of the Stamford building.

As other commenters have said, Vince is a POS but the only reason she is coming out is because the money stopped.

How does he look at his kids and grandkids in the face again knowing what we all know. Kids can be brutal and they’re probably not having an easy time of it at school.

McMahon is responsible for the demise of a lot of wrestlers. A lot of men that died way before their time. The Chris Benoit incident should never have happened and it wouldn’t have happened. Had McMahon put the wrestlers well-being ahead of the $. Karma is a bitch and McMahon is right here along with Trump, who is going to be feeling the bite financially when they get brought to their knees.

If only he actually paid her what they agreed he could've gone in the hall of fame and left as the biggest legend in the companies history now his name has been dragged through the sort of mud that never washes off
