From his transformation of the WWE from a small, regional business into a global entertainment powerhouse to the explosive sexual misconduct allegations that led to his eventual resignation, this six-episode series offers a deep dive into McMahon’s life and his enduring franchise. Culled from over 200 hours of interviews with McMahon himself (prior to his resignation), his family members, business associates and some of the most iconic names in wrestling history, as well as the journalists who uncovered McMahon’s allegations — filmmaker Chris Smith (Tiger King) and executive producer Bill Simmons (30 for 30) present an unflinching, no-holds-barred look at one of the most enigmatic figures in sports entertainment.

They should have just made the entire documentary a montage of Vince getting stunned by Austin.

Putting all the controversy aside for just a moment, it is insane to me that he was the actual owner of the company, appeared on TV almost every week for a decade, and for a couple of years was maybe the best promo in his own business. Wild.

Two things really caught my attention:
-Them showing Benoit
-"He's going to show you what he wants you to see"

The most craziest thing is that the Mcmahon Character was even nicer than the real life Mcmahon.😮

I love how Vince and his entire family went all out, actually getting into the action of the business, to help it survive the Monday night wars in the late 90s, early 2000’s.

Casual viewers: Oh my god! This Vince McMahon guy is horrible!

Long time wrestling fans: First time? 😏

It's very clear what Netflix is trying to do before they start airing RAW

0:40 that footage is from late 2000. Very impressive work. WWE typically blurs the WWF logo but Netflix did something even better, they CGI’d it to the previous scratch WWE logo.

No Undertaker, Strange! Considering the fact they are literally super close. Vince even got emotional describing how much Taker/ Mark meant to him !

There is an old saying. Separate the art from the artist. But as someone who’s been watching WWE since the dying days of the attitude era and into the ruthless aggression era. It’s damn hard to do it. Vince McMahon pretty much directly and indirectly crafted our childhood. He has its tops and downs. And now with all the deprave negative things that’s been exposed. He’s now at the bottom. He could have retired in peace. And have a great legacy left behind.
