The entire WWE, from the management to the wrestlers and the whole crew turned a blind eye, when she reached out to them to finally take a stand against the corrupt "Mr. McMahon" and all they did was ignore her because they were too busy landing major Hollywood blockbuster roles to risk their "reputation". 1. The woman you see on screen is not Katie, that is Terri Runnels, a female wrestler Kane was dating in storyline at the time.

2. That is not Kane fucking a corpse live on air, that is Triple H, his rival at the time, in a Kane Mask and a mannequin. The whole thing was fake even in storyline and was just a failed attempt for Triple H to try and provoke Kane.
