It would be great if we could edit maps on the PC, or even make our own that the bot then confirms with its LIDAR.... I feel the app is a little bit frustrating with the user interface as it is.

Unable to set up scheduled cleaning.
The header says "cleaning cannot be activated because DEEBOT is not on the current map."
The map is created. Forced cleaning works fine.
Please tell me what to do?

How do you find the room layout in the settings?

The interface for this system is so so bad. Finding out how to do virtual boundaries or making edits is very difficult. Is there a Manuel or something for the app. I can figure this out and I’m a 28 year old tech guy who automates everything 🤦🏾‍♂️

The application DOES NOT HAVE the model which we bought: m81 pro. And it does not connect using the few other models listed.

My Ecovacs Home app, for some reason doesn't show the Scrubbing Pattern option. I recently got the T8 AIVI and I had even seen the option once before but now when I check, it doesn't show. I go to Smart Cleaning > ... > Basic Settings but don't see the option listed there. Am I missing something?

Hi, can somebody help me please, I just bought my Deebot in the states and went back home (to Ecuador) now I try to download the app and it says that it is not available in my country...
