ECOVACS T20 OMNI - The New Robot Vacuum King

Is there a new robotic vacuum mop that tops the charts? Sponsored by ECOVACS.

Robotic vacuums have been iterating rapidly on one another and the new DEEBOT T20 OMNI from ECOVACS is probably one of the best. With a new hot-water mop washing system and a hot air dryer, you can go days or weeks without even thinking about the base station and thanks to excellent navigation and mapping capabilities, it'll get stuck less often than any other vacuum on the market (hasn't gotten stuck even once for me)!

This is quickly becoming a robot vacuum ad channel, not sure how I feel about that...

“Oh nice! An honest robo-vac review from Snazzy Labs!”

“This video is sponsored by Ecovacs!”

“Oh…Okay.”

Quinn finally got to his dream job, getting paid for talking about his real passion. And I love it!

If you going to do a sponsor video ever robot vacuum you should do a full comparison video, not sponsored by a vacuum, of all of them so we know which one is actually better.

Also, Roomba has the ability to order cleaning rooms when scheduling. Not sure if it works with the mop(vacuum combo but does work with the normal vacuum.

2016 YouTube Advertisers: “Let’s put ads in videos”
2020 YouTube Advertisers: “Let’s have content creators put ads IN their videos”
2023 YouTube Advertisers: “Can you just make and ad video for us?”

I love the vacuum videos but I would love a comparison video between these and the Roborock S8 Pro and the other ones reviewed*

Any ideas of making comparison videos if allowed by the company’s as they were a all sponsored videos

Every day, my deebot starts cleaning after I leave, and when I come back home, the floor is all clean and tidy. It's great because it doesn't need to keep emptying the trash like other robots do all the time😘

Probably the only channel with all encompassing tech coverage

Great video. I would really love to see an option to permanent connect the T20 omni to a water faucet and the used water tank to the P trap pipe under the sink. So you never have to refresh the watertank and never have to clean out the used water tank in the T20 omni. As far as i know, no manufacturer offers this option. Ecovacs would make a killing offering this option to the T20 omni.

Recently purchased this from Ecovacs UK and I'm returning it. There is one enormous flaw with this robot, the washing pads needing to be cleaned by the main station numerous times during a clean. Not a problem on a single story house, but on a house with two or more floors, you spend your time taking the robot to the base station, allowing it to clean, pausing it, taking it back upstairs and setting it on the way again. You don't save time, because you're baby sitting a robot that wants to keep cleaning and then re-wetting the pads and return to the base station to do that. I've a small house, semi detached in the UK. The settings on the robot are to allow the vacuum to work for the longest amount of time with out the need to return to the base station. On average, the robot will want to return to the base station every 6-10 minutes. The whole house took me over 1.30hr to baby sit the robot. Also, I've had other robots that can climb over the threshold into the utility, but unfortunately, this can't. Despite it stating it has a high clearance, it doesn't. Which results in having the utility that has the threshold set as another map of its own. Over the years I've owned Roomba, expensive and clunky, but well made and kinda cleans ok. Neato, ok but the quality isn't there and dies. Samsung, good quality, but mapping seems off and would get stuck. Xclea, pretty robust, very strong and a workhorse, but not particularly well made and various things stopped working. In a nutshell, if you live in a single story house, this is perfect, set and forget, but it does use a lot of water and you will be replacing it daily. Those living on two or more floors, expect to baby sit and carry it down to the base station, clean the pads and then go back up stairs again. If you leave it, the robot will give up trying to find the base station upstairs and stop, resulting in the robot not finishing the clean.

Snazzy, it’s starting to get difficult to trust your opinion on purchase decisions. Every robot you review is “the best you used”. And comparing the Ecovacs to “the other popular brand that we all know”, doesn’t hold up strong to the Roborock video you’ve posted just 1 month ago.
I do love your other non-review content, though! ❤

it's so weird that whichever vacuum is currently paying you is the best one you've ever used.

If our dog wasn’t such a spazz and mega anxious over as much as his shadow, I’d get one of these. Nicely done, Quinn.

@Snazzylabs since you are into vaccums and home automation, have you taken a look into the Valetudo software replacement for robot vaccums? It allows you to run them locally and not send data to the manufacturer

One of these days I'm gonna get a robot vacuum and I'm probably going to be heavily influenced by your videos.
