I haven't worked out in months

I was busy with a lot of business work

I got into a relationship & got a little too comfy

Yeah, these things happen but I'm also not going to beat myself up for life happening

I've been here before (and used to be much fatter) & I know what it takes to get back in shape, for REAL transformation

It's NOT only discipline, motivation, & willpower (they're important too)

It's self-LOVE

If you have that as your core, everything else flows from it
