So on the good advice of one of my nephews, I will be doing crunches and planks instead of situps now. I am resetting my goal to be able to do 100 pushups, 100 crunches, and a 2 minute plank, starting today. For obvious reasons, I will not be posting planking videos ... unless, of course, I am planking somewhere unusual. Wasn't that a thing a few years ago? Planking ... Silly Salmon ... Ice Bucket ... Maybe I will come up with my own fad. This, I will have to think about!
