I have been following this channel for a year now and got my keyboard piano today. My mom played when I was a kid and I lost her 8 years ago. I always wanted a piano since she passed. I played this first lesson and had tears celebrating my mom and wishing she could hear. Look forward to many more! Thank you! ❤

I love the way you have made progress following your lessons, and it is SO relaxing to play! I begged for piano lessons as a kid, but no go, and I did end up in band playing clarinet (which taught me to read music---I actually excelled on my clarinet!) I am 65 now and learning piano! Never too late!

Thank you my little sons are watching you teach and are learning. Thank you Ma'am. It's hard to find a good pianist teacher in India in small towns like ours. You are a great blessing 🙌 please keep teaching

Thanks for this lesson Lisa, I have been playing guitar for over 40 years and I've always wanted to play piano so I finally went out and bought one at age 63. You've made this first lesson fun and enjoyable and I look forward to learning more with you.

With at least 4 camera positions and great audio mix, this is such a professional production and Lisa is such a great and lovely teacher.

I’l be 69 this year and I’ going to start my piano lessons with you. Just to keep my brain and body (fingers) on the move. I learned a few melodies 3 years ago but got stuck only with these. Now I want to learn more on the piano and think it is better to begin with simple steps. Many thanks for your work to help everyone who is interested in piano lessons for beginners❣️Best wishes from Germany 🇩🇪 😃👍💋

Hello! I am really enjoying your way of teaching. I am 71 and I never found a piano method that was more enjoyable than yours. it is extremely efficient, easy to follow and practical. I even paid for lessons, but I haven't learned so easy.
thank you, Lisa, and besides, you are very charismatic.

Say lady, your "Softly softly", don't panic approach is pretty good.
I was a jazz bassist for a few years in the 70's/80's and I have been teaching myself piano for years having abandoned bass. I see a few more of your videos here on Youtube so I might check those out.
Great to see people like you trying to introduce piano in a "You can do it" way.
Best wishes from Australia...

I'm a life long guitar player who's always wanted to get the feel for some simple piano, keyboard skills. THIS is so great. Thanks

I literally just started practicing 2 weeks ago. So yes, I am a beginner. Thank you for taking the time to make these videos, I know it's not easy and takes a lot more time than the video itself. I have been watching your videos and they have been very helpful. The exercises have been fun, with beautiful notes and challenging (at least to me) me to use to both hands simultaneously. So, thank you for helping beginners like me!

I love music. I played the saxophone when I was in grade school for four years. I am now 56. I have two children that play piano both are very talented but I want to learn how to play and sing. I have tried so many different lessons with other instructors only to come away frustrated. Something just wasn't making sense. I have been following this channel for about a month and somethings are finally breaking through. Thank you!
