Bruh. The machine didn’t transport him though. The bowler hat guy and the bowler hat, went back in time to tamper with the machine to make it fail. Lewis almost gave up on it because it didn’t work, then his son came from the future using the other time machine to encourage and help Lewis because in the future, he invented pretty much everything 😂. Anyway they get stuck in the future because they crash land the time machine. Lewis doesn’t think he can fix it because he thinks he couldn’t get the memory scanner to work. It all happened because Lewis’ roommate blames Lewis for losing the big game because Lewis was working on the machine at night. The bowler hat was evil. I’m the end, Lewis goes back in time and shouts out at his roommate to catch the ball, he did, and the bowler hat guy disappeared because the future was changed. Good message, but it doesn’t account for all details. 👍
