Would there be any humans left? Or would they have settled in other parts of the galaxy?

Man, I really hope there's some form of continuity after death. Even if it's just limited to sight, I want to see parts of the universe and whatever is beyond it. I want to see what distant planets look like up close. I want to see the things out there that are so bizarre and strange that defy what science says can't happen on Earth.
