Start with gently exploring your clients range of motion in the shoulder. Then travel down to work on the large intestine through the pointer finger. Work on the lung meridian, the triple warmer, small intestine and heart meridians. Giving the wrist some nice range of motion stretches, and do some deep palm and hand work to finish off the session. This course can be found near Laguna Beach, Encinitas, and Vista.
