50 GARLIC CLOVE Fried Chicken!

🔹Peel 50 garlic cloves (or buy them peeled) and submerge them in Olive oil. Just enough to cover the tops of the garlic. Add in a sprig of rosemary or thyme if you'd like

🔹Cover your oven safe dish with tin foil and bake at 300°F for 2 hours. If you choose to smoke these, do it uncovered.

🔹Strain out the olive oil and save for later. It's fantastic to cook with or drizzling over Pastas


🔹Mash or blend the garlic with paprika, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper. (Use which ever seasonings you like)

🔹Add your garlic confit mash to your chicken and add 1 cup of flour and 1 cup of corn starch. Mix it all together and make sure they're all evenly coated

🔹Fry in oil at 350ºF until the chicken is at 165ºF. (Do not fry in olive oil. Use a high smoke point oil like Canola or peanut oil)
