🌼 Kkanpunggi Korean Spicy Garlic Fried Chicken

Ingredients
3/4 cup sweet potato or potato starch
1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite sizes
1 tsp soy sauce
Pinch of salt & pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp potato starch
Frying oil
2 tbsp cooking oil
5 to 6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 oz ginger, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 small size onion, small diced
2 red chili or 1/3 red bell pepper, seeded and small diced
1 jalapeño, seeded and small diced

This spicy garlic fried chicken is crispy, sticky, sweet, spicy & tangy… OH-SO-GOOD! 😋 Usually this style fried chicken is sold in Korean Chinese restaurant in Korea and it’s very different than Dakgangjeong (Korean candied fried chicken).
