Probably one of the best chicken dishes I've ever made!

INGREDIENTS:
• 2 chicken breast fillets
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• Green smell to taste, wheat flour and butter
• 1 clove of minced garlic
• 50 grams of grated parmesan cheese
• 1 drizzle of olive oil
• 200 ml of chicken broth
• Juice of 1/2 lemon
• 1 clove of minced garlic

If the butterflied breast isn’t dried out, it’ll make a nice main meal item, homegirl, but I’d hardly call it a DISH. Alone, it’s just a chicken breast. For one person. It can make a nice sandwich, or you can add some sides to it and have a really nice meal. What else ya got up your sleeve? 😊
