For anyone who got taken to the steam menu I’ll let yk how to fix it.

Step 1: Once it brings you to the menu click settings

Steps 2: Where it says overlay shortcut keys your going to click on the shift+tab and put anything in on your keyboard (For example click J on your keyboard then click save)

Steps 3 go out of the settings menu and click resume game


Step 4: Click shift and tab at the same time and you should go into first person mode on whatever sim you have selected.

When I press shift tab it pulls up a game bar, not first person..

the problem is that i cant do it cuz i only play the base game on steam. if i click shift and tab it brings up the steam menu.

First person mode is good when you have actions queued, but tricky to use when trying to select objects/actions. I use it sometimes but it’s so laggy

I miss the first person mode that sims 2 pets had, where you could go in first person and move your sim around yourself and interact with everything yourself.
