Definitely wouldn't take advice from NASA, GM, GE, or Boeing on systems engineering at least not from the current crop of engineers.

Is this the same people who can't build the the Saturn V engines even if they reversed engineered them? When engineers used to be engineers working together solving problems on the fly no matter how complex without massive computer aid.
