I want my buttons back.
I don't like that everythoing has to be adjusted via the centrals creen.
It is not safe to keep scrolling in the menu while driving.
Seat heating, cooling, climate, etc should have their dedicated buttons.

That center screen update is straight up cost cutting, they didn't want to spend money for changing the manufacturing and full desing of the different dashboard.

Great episode Thomas, Volvo's interior is one of the most simple but best in the class

Dear Volvo - thanks for keeping MILD and PHEV XC 90, but threethings - hide rear wipper and give up with armrest, give the middle person in the middle row proper seat, as comfy other two and give us 3rd row isofix.

@29:29 The interior shorts under the sea are so crisp. Just enough ambient lighting; not too much so it doesn't look like a nightclub. Good clarity on the instrument cluster and centre screen. Volvo for life!

You are one of the best reviews of the cars .
THOMAS please every car you review To measure the ground clearance of a car, you can measure the distance from the lowest part of the car to the ground.
Anyway, tell your partner she is so Cute
Thank you

Such a beauty of a car and without being ostentatious/looking like a twat, it's glorious! Now I just need to not be broke so I can buy one. 🤣😂🤣

I love it - a driver's car, not a tech gadget. Thoughtfully modernized, premium build quality everywhere, proper driver's display, real stalks, actual buttons on the steering wheel., etc. I'm just waiting for them to give the V60 or XC60 the same kind of update and I'll be all-in.

I have to say having rented the new bmw x5 for a few days last month, I was very impressed with the display that spans across the whole cockpit ... having 2 separate displays doesn't seem that desirable now

So much better than x5, GLE, Q7 etc..

The arrow on the Volvo logo points to the bonnet release 🤪

I really liked my 2012 Volvo XC60. As a brand, doesn't have the Audi BMW conotations associated with those brands. That's a good thing.

Glad that Volvo came to its senses about the full-EV fantasy.
New middle-scren looks like a afterthough now, though. Wish they have put more attention to the underdeveloped instrument cluster instead. And they do have a place to put climate knobs to, missed opportunity, i think.

Awesome review 🙌 Love the Denim Blue XC90 with Herringbone upholstery. Gorgeous spec. Overall a nice update, but wish Volvo could implement a bigger battery for the Plug-In Hybrid.

Great car, but it's just too changes in a production line....it's a ""milking cow" for Volvo....pure profit...they will keep it forever😂
I would still buy it over X5 and GLE etc....

btw Tesla has dual insulation windows as a standard!

It looks like a more huge restyling than a new xc90. New ex90 feels like a new car. Still, looks like the Q7 is a better family car if you don't need a hybrid SUV.
