My 16’ Xc90 just came back from the dealership with the 100k miles service done. With the addition of a software and Nav upgrade. On my way to work the Sensus touchscreen went blank on me mid drive. I turned the car off waited a minute before starting back up. Nothing happened. Still a blank screen. What could of caused this issue and is it fixable?

I have tried 4-5 different USB sticks all formatted to Fat32, downloaded the update to them with the tool and the car simply doesn't show the update. Is there a specific brand or type of USB stick that this car likes?
