✨ RECIPE✨
1. Peel 2 mangoes and dice 1/2 in to cubes (for topping at the end)
2. Blend the 1.5 non-diced mangoes into a mango puree
3. Mix together 1/2-1 tbsp unflavored gelatin and 1/4 boiled hot water
4. Add pinch of salt and 3 tbsp sugar (depending on how sweet your mangoes are) and combine well
5. Mix in 1/2 cup coconut milk, then add 1/2 cup mango puree from earlier
6. Pour into cups/jars and let set in the fridge (covered) for at least 3 hours
7. Top with fruits/garnishes of choice and enjoy! 😋

id recommend almost lukewarm water if you want a thicker pudding because its hard for gelatin to fully bloom in boiling water :))
