Join me on my cycling journey as I explore Olongapo, a serene first-class city in the Philippines! After a challenging day of navigating Manila's busy streets, today was a refreshing change with beautiful, calm roads and stunning views.

Today's Adventure:

Early Start: I woke up at 6 AM and began my ride towards Olongapo, just 33 km away. This first-class city is located near the beach and offered a peaceful ride compared to the previous day.
Scenic Ride: The roads were much less crowded, with little pollution, making the ride enjoyable. The uphill and green surroundings added to the beauty, making it a much better day overall.
Local Meals: I stopped at a local restaurant to try some Filipino cuisine, which was a great way to experience the local flavors.
Arriving in Olongapo: After reaching the city, I realized I had no internet, so I checked into a hotel for 1,000 pesos per night. It was a bit expensive, but necessary. I rested for a while and then headed to the Globe branch to resolve my internet issue.
Globe SIM Card: Globe is a popular SIM card provider in the Philippines. The helpful staff at the branch solved my internet problem, and I got 8GB of data for just 100 pesos, which lasts for a week.
Exploring Olongapo: I visited Sebic Beach, which was absolutely stunning. The beach was peaceful and offered amazing views. I also saw the historic Spanish Gate, built in the 1800s, which added a touch of history to my day.
First Island Experience: Seeing an island for the first time in my life was truly a special moment for me. The beauty of the Philippines continues to amaze me.
End of the Day: After a day full of exploration and new experiences, I returned to my hotel to rest and recharge for the next part of my journey.
