Hello, I've been looking for help and cant seem to find any. I'm hoping maybe you can. I recently took in a crested gecko from someone who could no longer take care of her properly. Around her tail she has shed stuck, which usually wouldn't be a problem for me to get off of my other geckos. But by the looks of it, its many sheds built up from a period of time around the tail area. I soaked her for a half hour, I then wet a paper towel and gently began trying to get the shed off and her actual skin began to come off with the shed. I feel so terrible and have no idea how to get the shed off without hurting her. Please help me asap, I've never had anything like this happen. I have no clue what to do
