Some of the outtakes I hear and think "yeah, I can see why this didn't make it" but this one is just on another level, even compared to the tracks that did make it. It's an absolute banger

What's always impressed me about Neil's work is just how *clean* it always sounds. There's never any significant artifacting and it always all sounds good together. Either he only uses already supremely clean samples, or he puts in an enormous amount of effort to spitshine these tracks.

All this to say, even years later, im blown away by the intro to this track. That Men At Work sax with everything else is a euphoric experience.

This entirely shoulda been on [Mouth Moods], holy fuck. This is insane. The second I pressed play I already knew it was gonna be the best, and I was right. Every time I listen to this I can't help but dance around like a fucking maniac. I want everyone to hear it. I want to go around in an air balloon with a kickin' sound system hanging off it and blast it for ALL TO HEAR.

Neil, keep bein' you, keep doin' it all. You're the best.
