Delayed hypersensitivity happened to me!! I was using the Elta MD UV clear 46 sunscreen for more than 3 years without any issues. And when I was pregnant I started having these weird rashes now and then and they were getting worse and worse. Then I got patch test postpartum finding out that I actually developed horrible allergies to it.

I have this wirh so many skin products. I also have eczema and its difficult finding anything I can use for longer than a few months.

I used la roche posay baume b5, 3 tubes right now. But this time, my skin (nose & cheek area) is getting super dry, and when I apply on my face it’s feel hurts. I am trying other products that have CICA in it (for calming irritated skin), and it’s burned my skin so bad. Baume B5 also has CICA in it. I’m just wondering, maybe, I am allergic to CICA? 🤔
I have dermatitis atopic, but it usually just happens in winter. Now June, btw.

I've used retinol for 8 month then started to use adapelene. I used adapelene for 3 month and it was ok for me. But suddenly i got really irritated, itchy, dry and swolled skin. At first i thought it was purging so i continued to apply but it made my skin worse so i stopped using it and take a brake. After healing i again put it in my skin and boom i got irritated skin again. Is it delayed hypersensitivity?? 🥺🥺 So what should I use now for anti-aging purpose??

Is it an allergy if I apply a skincare product and my skin starts looking inflamed? There is increased redness, but it’s not accompanied by a rash or anything like that. Also, this only happens to the skin of my face, and doesn’t happen if I apply it the same product to the skin of my body.

My skin is sensitive. I’m allergic to Skinfix moisturiser and Paula’s choice vitamin C eye cream. Still don’t know what ingredients caused the allergy but I have a feeling I’m allergic to peptide.
