Hearts of palm pasta is similar to the size and shape of traditional spaghetti pasta and linguini but without all of the carbs that come with it. My favorite brand is Palmini and at only 2 net carbs and 20 calories per serving, you can eat this vegetable pasta guilt free!

I’ve made lasagna twice with the palmini lasagna noodles and for the best results rinse the noodles and boil them for 8 mins then drain and continue on with your recipe. It really makes a big difference in the texture of the noodles if you boil them. I took a lasagna made with the lasagna sheets and took it to a potluck. Several low carb eaters were there & they loved it and had nothing leftover! I can get my lasagna & linguine noodles at Kroger’s. But I really want to order the rice.

We love the palmini noodles!! I always rinse and pat dry the lasagna noodles to keep them from letting out to much water.

I just ordered the lasagna noodles! I am EXCITED! This looks delish. To help with the bland noodle taste (when I make regular pasta), I butter and season the pasta, so I'll do the same with these.

Bought palm noodles at Aldi a month ago. About 1/2 the price as Amazon. They sell both linguine and angel hair.

in my town in the Amzon basin, we eat the palm "spaghetti " raw with lemon, olive oil, salt and black olives.

Pre-boil the noodles for 7 mins. Drain. Then add to the sauce like you did. It'll be identical to regular noodles

I love palmini! I don’t remember if it was your recipe or someone else’s but I take a stroganoff(but it didn’t have sour cream) recipe and change the seasonings to make it Cajun and stir in the palmini linguine to cook with the sauce. Amazing!!!! I use chicken also. I have all the shapes of the palmini but I haven’t branches out yet. 😁

Hi Jennifer! I just ordered the angel hair noodles, I also bought dried spaghetti squash!! So excited, I love spaghetti squash but is a pain to prepare the squash.
