At my work there are baked goods and cakes and cookies all the time. Every other day somebody is bringing something. So my rule is to only eat the things that look truly amazing (I don't eat storebought cakes, because I know they are mediocre, I don't love chocolate so I'll skip all those heavy chocolaty cakes, I skip cookies and candies and chocolates alltogether), but I will eat all those things that look really gorgeous, homemade and fresh. However, I noticed that it is mostly curiosity that makes me want to eat those things, so I often take a few bites and take the rest home and share with my husband. I eat whole desserts on special occasions and it is planned and coordinated with my calories for the day.

Omg I just found you, guess I’m really behind the eight ball here, but I fn love what you’re saying. Is the tide finally turning? I’m so sick of all the body positive stuff, honestly it’s just brutal and you start to think there’s something wrong with you for not wanting to follow it. This is so refreshing. I sure hope this cancel culture doesn’t actually cancel you. That would be a very telling, and sad, showing of where society is going.

i love a good fruit/veggie smoothie around noon. keeps me full till dinner(5pm). i have whatever i want for dinner but portion control is key 🔑

LIV’S SKINNY TIPS:
1. PORTION CONTROL what u r eating and the amount u r eating
2. TASTE EVERYTHING EAT NOTHING - eat whatever u crave when u want but with strageries in place, no foods (including carbs) are bad foods, do not feel guilty but instead enjoy ur meal, learn to stop torturing urself with guilt as it will lead to binge-restrict cycle. make ur meals taste good and learn which foods make u look and feel good. 2 optioms but cant decide = have tiny bite of both. Healthy version of foods never tastes as good ( will make u eat more) as real thing so just have resl thing to satisfy craving and move on with ur life
3. ELIMINATE FOOD NOISE by stop worrying, feeling sorry for urself and self destructing (eg bc of overindulging) as ur relationship with food only becomes good when u dont limit/restrict anything(restriction makes u crazy). diets r not sustainable so instead eat everything in moderation (controlled portions) which will make u look and feel better.
4. SCHEDULE MEAL TIMES. Liv has breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack. When u r hungry ur body knows food is coming. Prevents stress and negative attitude towards food.
5.SKINNY IS A LIFESTYLE- if u eat the same amount u will look the same = eat less ( importance of portion control!!)
6. BALANCE- eat in moderation. Liv has a low cal high protein shake for breakfast so she can afford dessert later on. Start ur day with light meals to eat heavier meals later (or opposite way round if that works better for ur body), focus on protein and veggies. If u overindulge the previous night have to balance next day. If u want desert skip a cocktail (have to compensate=balance) pick one or the other
7. NOTHING WILL MAKE U FAT IN SMALL PORTIONS- food noise will try make u feel guilty but once u allow urself to eat everything in moderation which will make u start to not want it= food noise will go away and u will be able to live with urself.
8. BE PRESENT WHILE EATING- pay attention, do not inhale food. each bite gets less and less tasty as u keep eating so make sure to slow down and enjoy every single bite. the second the taste isnt as good stop eating dont waste ur time on it. if u feel like u cant stop eating move to a different taste like a bite if cucumber which will make u wnat to stop as it interupts and makes u realise ur full.
9.ONLY EAT FOODS U WANT if it doenst look good dont waste ur time.
10. ORDER SMALL TO BE SMALL start ordering kids size or small size, dont give in to the money value deals for large amounts of food. Small sizes makes it easier to portion control (small plates, small bowls) so if u still wnat more u can get more no big deal instead if u ordered large its harder to portion control. think start small and build up.

It’s really personal what will work. My most effective system has been a nice croissant or bread with milk coffee in the morning and then no sweets or carbs (nothing like potatoes or brown rice even) all day, other than whole fruits. So living on fish cheese eggs meat tons of veg and fruit other than the one carb in morning, it is easier if along with the meat and veg you enjoy a variety of tastes like Chinese Thai Mediterranean and Indian. I was eating quite a bit of Tina and salmon sashimi and don’t currently have that option. One thing I have in common with this creator is liking light soups. Especially Chinese types of broth but I use chicken and not pork. You can add those Japanese no calorie noodles to add chewiness and feel full
