I've tried cutting a full sweet potato into larger pieces, but it just keeps getting smaller. Any advice?

Thanks for clearing that up. I think people are disliking the video for that reason, which is somewhat frustrating, but oh well.

To everyone that does not know:
With a slow-cooker, the idea is to throw everything in it before you go to school, work, the gym, etc. and you come back to a meal...so really the only cooking you have to do is preparing it. The key is planning it out in advance; take 10 minutes in the morning to prepare it and you won't have to cook when you come home.

Again, the best, with whole foods and recipes timed for my schedule. This is the stuff I eat all the time, only this food is cooked better.

Slow cooking process makes food more tender, it's really good! And the idea is to prepare this in the morning and have your dinner ready when you come home from work..

I like green beans more than broccoli, but really most green vegetables have around 25 to 30 calories a serving, so it really doesn't matter because they are all so similar. Personal preference!

The reason I said "larger pieces" is because when you cut something into "pieces, " I usually think of smaller, tiny-sized bits, so that's what I meant.

This is what I do with my deer meat except I add celery, carrots, garlic, and Montreal steak seasoning with the onion and sweet potato. Any cut from the deer even the shoulders and hind quarters come out tender after 9 hours. Personal preference.
