I got the same one for a decent price and it works so well I love it so much it’s like the g7x but not hyped up as much 😂😂 it takes really good night photos with the flash in my opinion they’re better than the g7x (but I’m biased because I love it and all the features it has)

You are absolutely right about older cameras.
I used to shoot with old CCD digicams etc years ago and then had a break of about 14 years.
When I came back I bought a Canon 5d3 which was a dream camera for me but I was really dissapointed with the images because they were just too perfect a representation of what I was seeing. Something was missing.
I thought I must be mad but I eventually realised that I just missed the warmth of my old Canon 40d and Sony Cybershot images.
Now in the market for another CCD camera for carrying with me from day to day.
The G11 (or even a G9) look ideal.

Hey great video - you are SO right. The fun with cameras and photography is personality not perfection (and everyone's pics looking the same) - 100% LOVE your snow shots - they look so COOL and unique to your camera's personality ! I knew little about photography this time last year but I've just bought a vintage Polaroid 636 - not sure it will work, but will take it out in the warmer weather and have some fun with it ...

Great video! I recently got it’s “sibling from another mother”, Nikon p7100 and it’s great! Really enjoying the fun of using a tactile item rather than my phone!

Good choice. Much better than any phone camera.
