Way back in the 60's I studied anthropology and archeology. One of our professors said anytime they found unidentified man-made objects they dubbed them ceremonial objects. He smiled as he said it. Years later my sister and I were cleaning out my late parents' home. Our father was a machinist and our mother was an adventurous cook. Every time we found a tool or utensil we couldn't identify we tossed it in a box marked, "ceremonial objects".

The head when to the famous wall and some parts of the body were cooked, the rest was gived to the aztec zoo for the jaguars. Between this and the spanish inquisition, I would not know what to choose.
