After watching so many of these video's I've come to the conclusion that no one knows what's going on with this disease. White bread is good white bread is bad and so on. 😕

I came across the carnivore diet and extensively researched it till I was satisfied it was sensible and logical. I've been on it for the 90 days that these doctors and adherents recommend. My gut problems and pain have gone. I've gone from severe pain to no pain. This particular video has been the worst advice I've come across yet. I'm sticking with the carnivore diet with some small additions that are helpful. I'm 79 and lifting weights at the gym with my son. Life has improved in many ways since I started the diet.

Thank you. Had to different surgeons tell me different things. One said low fiber and one said high fiber. Almost removed my colon. Fighting hard to learn everything I can to prevent another severe bleed

Jelly is very good low fibre, very highly digestible for low absorption and inflamed digestive track.
Mixing pure beef, pork or fish Gelatin powder with freshly squeezed orange juice and made into jelly is very tolerable and provides extremely nutritional amino acids and macro nutrients

I'm going through it at the moment. Hospitalized ! New findings are that seeds & nuts etc, DOES NOT cause it; but they don't help it either !! I can't eat nuts & seeds, so I know that it wasn't caused by that !! They are still finding new findings on this !!

You need more fiber usually not less fiber if you have diverticulitis so I don’t understand the low fiber foods

Low fiber lol wrong I have this and they always tell people high fiber lol

This is evidence that god does not exist because no supreme being would create such a flawed system! 😢
