Upload PLC program from a Compactlogix/Controllogix PLC Studio 5000

How to upload your program from an Allen Bradley Compactlogix PLC to your PC using Rockwell Automation's Studio 5000. Always remember, you UPLOAD from you PLC to your PC. It is the opposite of the internet.

Q- I wanted to upload the existing ladder logic from the trainer we just bought (TRN-ICP-RA5000-AIO-HMI) and I get the message " install Logix Designer v32.00 to upload the program". I have studio 5000 version 35.0 installed on my laptop. Should I do that or it is going to mess up my studio 5000. Thanks
