SAVORY FRENCH TOAST Mexican Style BREAKFAST

Ingredients
Olive oil
8 to 10 slices of bread
4 to 5 eggs
1 tomato
1/2 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp natural chicken bouillon (Adjust to taste)
1 Tbsp Mexican oregano
1 tsp black pepper
1/3 of a cup heavy cream + extra if needed ( half and half or milk works great)
2 to 3 Tbsp butter
2 russet potatoes
1 9oz pack chorizo
1 avocado
Toppings- Mexican cheese blend or queso fresco, cilantro, salsa, Crema fresca, or sour cream

Coffee Horchata
5 cups water
1 1/2 half cups long grain rice
1 cup sugar
5oz evaporated milk
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream or your choice of milk
4 cloves
1 large cinnamon stick
1 Tbsp Mexican vanilla blend
3 Tbsp Instant coffee

Leave bread out 30 mins prior to the recipe, the dryer bread works great
