Diff building with Uncle Pooly

Step by step walking you through how i rebuild a landcruiser diff using the best ‘off the shelf’ parts and then bolt them into my fj45! Great video, only thing I wanted to add is when you putting the flange on the pinion, never strike it with a hammer, as you will dig the edge of the rollers in the bearing into the race and cause micro marks, sometimes small dents.. which then transfer to rollers and causes a pattern around bearing and noise. You might get away with it but if you inspect races you’ll see what I mean.. and you can feel it while turning by hand. Massive respect for showing a whole video of doing this process 👌🏻
