My nana used to make me turkey burgers and they would always taste like beef patties, I miss her a lot. You’re lucky to still have your grandmother around to cook for you, I’ve forgotten what my nana’s cooking tastes like and would love to have an opportunity to taste it again🙏🏽❤️

This is one reason why I love my 할머니 (grandma in Korean) because even though she never gets my style and doesn’t know English well, I know she tries hard to show her love for me in a different way, such as making me 미역국 (Korean seaweed soup) whenever I visit and always tells me to eat fruits and whatever snack I want and always hugging me and pinching me on the cheeks. Enjoy your time with your grandparents before they are gone forever (my grandma is not gone I’m just saying to enjoy your time with grandparents because they won’t be here forever to provide for you) ❤️❤️

I miss my grandma 😭 She passed away in 2020, a few days before her 94th birthday 💔 She loved cooking and preparing food for us. Grandmas show their love for their loved ones through food 🥰
