Please can you tell from where did you complete your Graphic Design course?

I did design box (5x5x7inches) in 22x28 inches art bord and i export it as pdf and then send to print person

But he say he cant place my design in a3 size print bord.. becouse my design is larger than a3 how can i re size my design for a3 board.. please help me
