The way one moves, is just as unique as a fingerprint. Simply because of difference in body structure and body awareness. And when there is music involved, how one listens and responds to it, is equally important.
Efficient training is focused on bringing the trainee to an advanced plateau, but still keeping the individual structure of this so called `moving fingerprint` totally intact.

Personal adjustments are essential in the process of learning techniques and patterns of movements, due to difference in physical status and possible pre-existing limitations of movement.

But training in formation of two or more people is a very effective way to improve and polish up the pattern of movement and timing.
In fact, synchronizing movements and/or behavior (or the total opposite) is a neuropsychological based key element for survival for many species.
