Canned Tuna Sushi Bowl
Fancy a quick 20-minute dinner that is colorful and packed full of protein? You will love my version of the canned tuna sushi bowl. The spicy tuna sushi bowl is so good that it will become a regular rotation on your weekly menu.

What you will need
4 cups cooked sushi rice already seasoned with rice wine vinegar, sesame oil and a pinch of sugar
1/2 cup bang bang sauce
2 Canned tuna drained
Sriracha sauce
Furikake
1 large avocado sliced
4 scallions
2 Tablespoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
