Tuna rice bowl 🍚 #shorts

Ingredients (this one really is a 'choose your own journey' type of dish)

- Cooked rice
- Lemon tahini dressing
- Veg of your choice
- Tuna
- Black and white sesame seeds
- Egg white
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste

Method

1. For the sesame-crusted tuna, brush the tuna with the egg white, season with salt and then press it into black and white sesame seeds.
2. In a large pan or skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and once it's hot add the tuna,
3. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
4. Assemble the bowl starting with the rice, then arrange the veg, drizzle the dressing and finish with the sliced tuna.
5. Enjoy!

Ingredients lemon tahini dressing

- 3 tbsp tahini
- 3 tbsp water
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp maple or honey
