Here is Part 2- the practice of somatic tracking for symptoms and feelings. This is can be used as a 10 minute guided daily practice. You can take the brain and nervous system training here and apply it to your day, especially when you notice yourself resisting, fighting with, or catastrophizing over your symptoms. This is real brain and nervous system training to change your neural patterns in relation to your body feelings and sensations.

This is the best somatic tracking meditation I've heard so far. It is excellent! For me, you are communicating in a way that I feel supported and held while doing something that can be pretty scary! I am able to feel safe and lean into my feelings and emotions in a much easier way.

Thank you so much Alan! You have changed my life. I have been in extreme pain for 25 years and with your book The Way Out and the videos you post I am living a pain free life.
I could not sit without it feeling like I was sitting on a hot charcoal and now, following your instructions the pain is gone! It comes back occasionally when I am stressed but I just need to do my somatic tracking and it goes away. It has also showed up in other areas of my body, calf and back but that goes away too.
I am able to live a full life again, thanks to you.
I appreciate you and have much gratitude for what you have done. 👍🏼🥰

I was in full symptoms flare this morning and tried several tools to no avail. Then I listened to this and wow! Symptoms went way down. Thank you!!

I've been listening to this almost every day for the last month or two and it's made a profound impact on my progress with changing my relationship with my physical symptoms as well as just developing mindfulness even outside of meditation. I even did a little bit of this on my own while running and saw a difference! If you ever upload this on insight timer or for download I will pay :)

As soon as you try to Control..you lose the Benefit. I have tried to do Mindfullness meditation for years and it never worked. You are the First and the Only person I have found who Teaches this Right. Thank You. It has been so beneficial for me.
