1 billion dollar morning routine but make it better:
• open your eyes and take a deep breath
• Make your bed
• Drink a glass of water
• listen to a song that you really like (one or two, if you want)
• Intense movement for 2 min (you can do it while you're listening to your fav song)
• Take a shower (warm, cold.. it's your choice)
• Get ready for the day
• have breakfast (or, you can just make that smoothie with avocados and blueberries)
• Journal
• Make a to-do list(3 work-related/3 personal tasks)
• Read for 20-30 min

Now i undarstand why i find Yoora's videos so relaxing: she is literally the most apathetic and mentally stable person... I love it. What do we need feelings for anyway?

step one - recall dreams
step two - make bed
step three - drink glass of water
step four - meditate for 20 minutes
step five - intense movement for two minutes (burpees, crunches, or pushups)
step six - cold shower
step seven - get ready for the day
step eight - make some tea
step nine - journal
step ten - make a to-do list
step eleven - read for 20-30 minutes yes it can be fan fiction
step 12 - make a smoothie, make sure to include berries and leafy vegetables

Instead of "self deprecating" comments such as, "Dreams, do i have one?", "Recall your dreams? I had a nightmare i'll pass?", "If you're out of shape then what am i?" i think we'd love to see some positivity focused comments about ourselves. Yes, everybody has dreams, and you're in your own shape and if you want to change it that's okay, accept the reality and work on it. I believe one of our enemies is our own mind, control your thoughts about yourself people. These are probably not even the thoughts you consciously created.
