pro tip for remembering dreams: Don't move straight after you wake up. Just lie there and continue thinking about your dreams, once you start to move it gets harder to recall.

I used to take cold showers every day, and I want to start doing them more frequently again. They’re absolutely horrible for the first minute but if you breathe for a few minutes its very easy to get used to, they really invigorate and energise me. At the temperature her shower may have been, I would have suggested having the shower at a bit warmer, but still cold enough to be considered “cold”.

The fact that in Hungary the school start at 8am so usually all the students wake up at 6 am and if you want to have a little time you have to wake up at 5am-5:30

I switched to cold showers because of hair damage, I now take around room temperature showers and I got used to it by making my showers a bit cooler with every few showers. To answer your question about do people take cold and hot showers I can say for me when it’s cold I will definitely take a warm shower or bath.
